How can Treatment benefit my Animal?
Improvement in posture, performance and general wellbeing are most commonly reported by owners. Treatment can be given in acute cases, when animals are exhibiting symptoms such as altered behaviour or pain or as maintenance treatment to help with posture, straightness and suppleness
What is Manipulative Therapy
Manipulative therapy is the application of high velocity, low amplitude impulses to a bony lever which elicits a neuromuscular response in soft tissue enabling a healthy, but retricted joint to regain its full range of motion
Am I a Chiropractor?
A Chiropractor is a manipulative therapist trained to treat human patients.
The term "Chiropractor" is legally reserved for practitioners who treat human patients only and so animal practitioners, who apply the same modality of treatment for animals (often refered to as back person, chiropractor, osteopath or physiotherapist) are referred to as manipulative therapists.
